Judicial security in theocracy

Judicial security in theocracy

Security is a Godsend and people affected by it try to gain their own individual rights and implementation of it is subject to condoning power struggle and forming a theocracy and it is the result of judicial security.
The arrest, prosecution and punishment of offenders and abusers of public and private rights are examples of positive adjectives applied by security rights by which the private entities and the public subject to the crime would be soothed.
As Amir al-Momineen Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) confronting the anarchism of Khawarij defeated them and said: Our struggle didn’t meant to get the power to rule the world and gaining wealth, rather, we wanted to take your right and religion back to its place!
Today, abusers of public rights and in the wake of it the abusers of personal rights would be sentenced and punished fairly and we would bring morality back to the public.
